The work shows. Cardio. Heavy lifts. Consistency. That’s what got me here. WORKOUT OF THE DAY Start with a 3-mile run to get the engine going. Then move into the blocks: Block 1 4 sets: • 6 front squats (moderate to heavy) • Superset with 1-minute wall sits Block 2 12-10-8-6 step-ups (each leg, increase weight each round) • Superset with 15 lateral band walks (each side) Block 3 4 sets: • 12 hamstring curls (each leg) • 12 slow and controlled ab rollouts Finisher 4 sets of 20 calf raises (use decent weight)
