Hiromu Inada, a 92-year-old from Japan, continues to defy limits of age and endurance.
Already a Guinness World Record holder for being the oldest person to finish the full IRONMAN World Championship (140.6 miles!), Inada just completed the IRONMAN 70.3 Cairns in Australia, a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike ride, and a 13.1-mile run.
He completed the race in 10:11:23, crossing the finish line to cheers and admiration. Inada only began training at 60 to improve his health. Over 30 years later, he’s still racing, still discovering, and still inspiring.
