It’s games week, and I may not be there competing this year but I’m all to familiar with the sights, sounds and feelings that come with competing at the CrossFit Games. Good luck to everyone who is competing this week. Show off your hard work and make yourselves proud. May your peaks be the peakiest. Take every moment for what it is.
