A car crashed into a building in Downingtown Wednesday afternoon, according to the Chester County dispatch. Four people were injured and sent to local hospitals with minor injuries. Chopper 3 was over the scene in the 100 block of Wallace Avenue where a damaged blue vehicle was being towed after the accident.
