It can feel like you’re trapped in a storm of your own thoughts… and no matter how much you “try” to think your way out, you just end up feeling worse That’s because the mind keeps looping: problem➡️ overthinking ➡️ bigger problem ➡️ deeper depression When this cycle repeats long enough, it can leave you emotionally and physically exhausted… Yeah…. it’s important to process your pain. But healing doesn’t come from obsessing. It comes from interrupting the spiral with small steps forward ❤️ Even tiny actions (like going for a walk, doing the dishes, or texting a friend) can signal to your brain that you’re not stuck forever!!!!
