#UnderArmour provides a unique 12-week internship experience that gives #students the opportunity to work on meaningful projects while providing access to #mentors, executive speakers, social activities and professional networking. Historically, these interns, called “Rookies”, completed their #internship in person at Baltimore HQ or in another one of our #global offices. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Rookies now complete their internship in either a #hybrid setting or completely #virtual. This year, #UA brought our Rookies from across the United States to Baltimore HQ for an #opportunity to hear from our #leaders in person, meet teammates and their fellow Rookies, as well as participate in valuable #networking and #leadership building workshops, all while getting to #experience the wonderful facilities at HQ.
