In addition to informal recreation hours in our facilities, we offer a variety of group exercise classes (Group X), personal training options, and fitness and wellness events to help you be the best you. While we are finalizing our Group X schedule for the fall, you should be planning to join us at Late Night at the Rec! On August 14th from 8 PM - 11 PM, our instructors will be serving you a sample of what they have planned for the semester.
