RAMADAN SERIES ✨ I’ll be sharing quick & easy meal ideas all month long, and today we’re making CREAMY SHAKSHOUKA 🍳🍅 • Fry your veggies lightly (I used onion, bell peppers, whole garlic - chopped garlic will burn, and jalapenos), then add tomato paste and cook for a few min before adding a really good quality tomato sauce (I love raoshomemade 🍅). Crack in your eggs - I highly recommend organic eggs, they don’t have that “eggy” smell, and a few scoops of ricotta and fresh Parmesan. Cook covered until the eggs are cooked through.
