RAMADAN IFTAR SERIES ✨ I’ll be sharing quick & easy dinner ideas all month long, and today we’re making these cheesy buffalo chicken egg rolls 🧀

Take one shredded rotisserie chicken and mix in a block of cream cheese, and equal parts sbrbbq buffalo sauce and ranch (until the consistency is like a thick cake batter). Add half a bag of shredded cheddar cheese, and you can either bake this mixture for a buffalo chicken cheese dip, or add it (unbaked) into egg roll wrappers for buffalo chicken egg rolls.

Cooking instructions: air fry egg rolls on 400 for 10 min or until brown. Cooking time varies based on how large your egg roll wrappers are. You want a dark brown color, otherwise they won’t be crispy.
