Unbridled joy and research 🐴🔬 siera.hall is studying the effects of nutrition and exercise management practices on the inflammatory status in horses. They hope to be able to suggest management practices that will have less of an impact on horses’ chronic inflammation.  “I love that my research gets to combine my passion for both science and horses. I get to spend time both on farms being hands-on with horses and in the lab analyzing blood samples and data.” Siera is in her 4th year of the Integrative and Biomedical Physiology Ph.D program, working in the Staniar Lab in the psu_ansc department. 📸: jaydynjenayaphotos
