According to a report from Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the financial success of performers like Mandy Rose and Elayna Black (Cora Jade) on OnlyFans is reportedly creating a new career path for female wrestlers.
Meltzer's report states that some women are now viewing their time on television as a way to build a fanbase with the specific goal of leaving wrestling to monetize that fame on the subscription platform. "One person in wrestling familiar with this noted to us that this will be the new path for many women who are attractive... learn to wrestle, make it onto TV, build a fan base & start the OnlyFans," Meltzer wrote. He added, "There are women already planning their exits and others who know it’s there."
The report credits Mandy Rose with having "changed the game completely for attractive women coming off WWE television," stating she is "incredibly rich, far beyond what she ever could have made in WWE."
