FIRST CONTACT ACADEMY ☝️ Introducing our First Contact Academy! This is four-week training session in August, with each session lasting two hours. These focused sessions are designed to help players master the art of serve receive, passing, and defensive ball control—crucial first contact skills that set the tone for every play. Athletes will work on platform angles, footwork, reading the server or hitter, and consistency under pressure. Led by experienced coach and former collegiate player, Natalia Mendieta, the academy provides high-level instruction and personalized feedback to help athletes build confidence and prepare for the upcoming season.
