It’s my favorite day!!! Here’s the deal, my videos aren’t always going to be the most polished or look the most professional despite me being a professional. I’m not a videographer, I’m not an editor & I’m learning to be ok with that. When I post my goal is to show you the things I do on my health and wellness journey. It’s to show the real stuff, the hard stuff & the good stuff. My hope is to inspire others, to have an impact, not to show a perfectly curated life. Today was leg day, 30 minutes of giving it my all, everything I’ve got today, at the tail end of a head cold. Was it my strongest day? Nope. Was it my worst day? Nope. Am I proud I got it done? Sure am! Lower Fix from the 21 Day Fix Super Block 4 blocks 2 moves each block 60 seconds of work 20 seconds of rest Repeat each block once And yes I did a variation on the last 2 moves to push myself a little more. I used 10s, 20s, 25s & 30s for todays workout Like, Save, Share but more importantly…give it a try! ...
