You don’t decide your future, you decide your daily habits and those daily habits decide your future.
You don’t have to do a complete 180 overnight but if you have habits that aren’t helping you get to where you want to be, start to find ways to replace them one at a time with ones that serve you & your higher goals. Habit stack from there, adding a new one each week and before you know it, there can be a very big shift in life both physically & mentally.
Movement feels good, it energizes my mind & body, it makes me feel strong & capable of taking on challenges. What type of movement I do varies on the day but one habit I’ve always had is to move my body daily.
