I’ve debated sharing videos like this for a long time but wanted to make a series showing realistically how I keep myself fueled and even when it’s less than optimal (like I worked straight through lunch so I loaded up with two dinners). I also don’t count calories so I refrained from putting any macro information here hoping to keep it a positive experience for you all as each of us has different nutritional needs based off our own bodies. 🤍
I’ve counted macros in the past but found the measurements to be too restrictive and easy to obsess over to my goal is to try to put protein & fiber as the priority in my meals and follow my cravings/ what I can EASILY prepare quickly!
