Every new business fails without these 4 things: 1. Dollar Demand—people pay to get out of pain or go toward pleasure. The customer set has to be used to paying money to have their problem solved—otherwise it’s charity. 2. Enthusiasm for the problem—it’s what propels you through the difficult times. It’s never as easy as it seems, you need enthusiasm to soldier on. 3. Allies—complimentary skillsets are a must, no one does it alone (allies are not business coach gurus who make money whether you do or don’t). 4. Leverage—if you don’t divorce your time inputs from money outputs you are self employed not an entrepreneur. You have to build a product that is learnable (by someone other than you) valuable (so the market pays you a margin) and replicable (so you don’t spend a fortune acquiring a customer to have them walk out the door). Thank you for coming to my TED talk. #entrepreneur #entrepreneurship #herosjourney
