I’ve always found training really cathartic. There are days when it can be stressful and full of performance anxiety or really feel like work. Just another thing on my mountainous to-do list.
BUT when things are stressful there’s something so beautiful and simple about it. It forces me to focus on the task at hand and the rest of the world melts away for a while. I methodically check all the boxes of my training day and get a proud sense of accomplishment when the door closes at the end of the day and I’m sweaty, tired and the work is done.
Whether it’s a good day or a bad day, it always brings me some type of joy, or at least accomplishment. It’s my therapy.
Anyways set some time aside to move if you can. Best stress reliever I know.

Bonus is that lately there have definitely been more good days than bad. As much as I love training, it does make it easier to love when things are going well 😂. Here’s a little piece from today that was fun. I know that’s what we’re really here for…...
