The road to success is not always easy, but it's always worth it. The one thing I have learned in my career is that taking the harder road can be more fulfilling. It builds character and puts you in uncomfortable situations that cultivate a mindset that can only be described as ‘gritty.’ Once you have that, any other obstacle in your way isn’t a problem but a challenge you’re willing to meet head on.
