Marks and Spencer have apologised to a mother and her daughter after the were offered help from a trans employee. The mother and daughter were bra shopping when the employee asked if they needed help. The mother claims she caused her teenage daughter 'distress'. In the complaint, she said: "My daughter recoiled, so I politely declined the offer and we left immediately.
