❗️The 2026 Porsche 911 Turbo S has been spotted testing at the Nürburgring without any camouflage, giving us a clear look at the brand’s most powerful 911 yet.
While the design tweaks are subtle, the real story is under the skin.
This new Turbo S will debut Porsche’s T-Hybrid system in a high-output configuration, pairing a twin-turbo flat-six with electric assistance for the first time in a Turbo model.
Power is expected to reach around 700 horsepower, a major jump from the current model’s 640 hp.
The T-Hybrid setup, first introduced on the new Carrera GTS, uses a 400-volt architecture, an electric motor integrated into the transmission, and an electric turbocharger that eliminates lag while improving torque delivery at low RPM.
A lightweight 1.9 kWh battery, mounted under the front hood where the 12V battery used to be, delivers short bursts of electric boost without the need for plug-in charging or the bulk of traditional hybrid systems.
