The Churrasco Pintxo is a short rib skewer with roasted onion, tomato and potato, with chimichurri on the side, available for $13 for 2 skewers at @trescazuelaslv, which is the literal definition of the term “diamond in the rough.” Tres Cazuelas a small local restaurant on the ground floor of an old looking motel, but don’t let the seedy exterior appearance fool you! Those with an open mind will find that the restaurant actually serves high end Latin cuisine that’s worthy of being in a top casino resort on the strip!
