A day like so many others in life. A day of uncertainty. A day of not knowing. A heart full of hope. I’m sure this won’t be the last time I feel this way, but the one thing I do know, is that I am ready to run head first into these feelings. The feelings of fear, feeling of anxiety, fear of failure. I have failed many times before, and have always come back stronger or with a better perspective. The last time I set foot on this track for OLY trials was a crushing moment, but it brought me to become everything that I am today. I am still standing, and ready to try again. My best will be enough because it is not attached to a result. It is attached to the effort and action taken in the moment. Thank you Jesus. The one who has the most fun, is filled with eternal joy.
