For me, this hybrid pursuit of strength and stamina demands a deeper level of commitment, where nutrition and recovery become non-negotiable. As I prepare for this marathon, I’m dialed in on fueling not just for performance, but also for muscle growth and making sure my body gets what it needs to push harder and recover smarter. Tools like the sauna, deep sleep, and active recovery aren’t luxuries; they’re essentials. I’m learning to truly listen to my body, to know when to push and when to pull back because real progress doesn’t come from grinding blindly, but from moving with purpose. My goal isn’t just to finish strong, but to find out what I’m truly capable of when I commit to being in my absolute best shape, physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is “hybrid” training at its core: strength, endurance, and aesthetics working in powerful unison.
