DriveOhio, the Department of Transportation and @ohio.university have been working together to find out the probability of having self-driving cars in rural settings. Led by Dr. Jay Wilhem, the project was a four-year study that began in 2020 and ended in June 2024 and collected data on self-driving cars' performance in less populated areas with different infrastructure than urban environments. 🔗 Learn more at the link in bio!
