Congratulations to Max Novick of the @oswegomhockey team on winning the Oswego State Male Athlete of the Year! Novick has been named All-SUNYAC in each of his three seasons as a Laker (3rd team, 1st team, 1st team). The Thornhill (Ont.) native has been named Third-Team AHCA All-American in each of the past two seasons making him only one of four players in program history to have earned All-American honors twice during their career! The Lakers went 53-23-5 with Novick in the lineup and were National Quarterfinalist in the 2019 NCAA D3 Men’s Ice Hockey Championships. In his career, the defenseman had 56 points on 14 goals and 42 assists while boasting a plus-minus rating of plus-41 in his three seasons of action! Congratulations Max on such a successful career at Oswego State! Once a Laker, always a Laker! 🏆🏒👏🏻 #lakernation
