#postcsection Day 12 • Getting back in shape by starting “small” as I’m only cleared to walk 20-30 min per day and do some pelvic floor and breathing exercises!
Remember that the postpartum fitness journey is a gradual process of regaining strength and fitness while healing from a major surgery (c-section), therefore you should be focusing on gentle exercises and stretching while following a healthy balanced diet.
•Please note that, It’s important to work on your plans/goals with your doctor first and then with a trainer and a nutritionist. Every body is different and requires different approaches and different timelines and methods.

You got this ladies! And even if you don’t have it yet, you will get there soon! Our bodies are amazingly strong and resilient! 💪🏻 But it takes time and consistency to come back even stronger!
