So much of what I know is because I was either directly taught or found myself in a situation that wasn’t working. That’s why I can’t shame people for not knowing. 🤷🏾‍♀️ I learned about homeownership because my parents owned their homes. But I learned about house hacking because I couldn’t afford my rent. If you don’t know how THATS FINE! I CAN HELP WITH YOUR LEARNING! That part is easy! However, it’s the sitting in a failing situation that I can’t abide by.
