Head football coach Mike Norvell talked about redshirt freshman wide receiver Micahi Danzy after the scrimmage: “Micahi Danzy got the ball in his hands on a short play. I don’t know how many yards that he actually ran on the play, but it turned into an explosive 20+ yard run. It was impressive. He was forcing missed tackles, saw his speed and explosiveness, and he was strong with the ball in his hands. He continuing to grow in it. That was definitely an encouraging thing to see.” This gets me excited when his speed and explosiveness is on display.
