⚓️ UNDERWAY ALERT! ⚓️ Join us on August 22, 2025 as USS Constitution sets sail to commemorate the 213th anniversary of her historic victory over HMS Guerriere—the battle that earned her the legendary nickname, “Old Ironsides.” USS Constitution is scheduled to get underway from the Charlestown Navy Yard at 10 a.m. The cruise will be visible from the Boston Harborwalk, Castle Island, and the Charlestown Navy Yard. At approximately 11:30 a.m., a 21-gun salute will be fired and is best viewed from Fort Independence on Castle Island.
