Let Harborfest begin! The crew of USS Constitution helped kick off Boston Harborfest this morning with a joint color guard alongside the U.S. Coast Guard. 🇺🇸 Cmdr. Crystal Schaefer, the 78th commanding officer of USS Constitution, delivered remarks during the opening ceremony, joined by the commanding officer of USS Donald Cook (DDG 75), which pulled into port earlier this morning. Together, they marked the start of a three-day celebration of Boston’s maritime heritage and our nation’s independence.
