I’m in the process of making this cottage mine, and to help with getting my nutrients in for the day, let’s make these chocolate chip oat muffins for a cozy grab-and-go breakfast.

Here’s what you need to try this at home:
Ingredients:
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup dairy milk
1 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 / 2 cup vegetable oil
1 / 2 cup brown sugar or honey
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a bowl, add in your oats and milk. Let it sit for 10 minutes for the oats to soak in the milk.
In a separate bowl, combine your dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
