For those who celebrate, rhubarb is finally in season everywhere! It's such a versatile vegetable that we most eat in desserts, and this is one of my favorites. Thin stalks of rhubarb look like satin ribbons which are enveloped in an extra crispy crust that you won't believe you made. It's the perfect complement to the rhubarb.
