PB & J gets a glow-up on Susanality today. I used peanut butter in place of some of the butter in the pastry which was an excellent idea (if you like peanut butter). Thomcord grapes have some of that grape-y Concord flavor with none of the seeds. A little grape jelly brushed over adds shine and flavor.
