I dropped the recipe this morning on Susanality for my paid subscribers (but there's lots of free links to other recipe perfect for the 4th or heck, this weekend!). These are like eating a fruit crisp but you can serve them on a napkin, at a BBQ, picnic, lunchbox, wherever you if you want to dress them up a little, serve them plated with some Labne (like I did here), crème fraîche, mascarpone, or vanilla ice cream.
