I'm back with the main event for matzo spaetzle! I teased it the other day, but today I'm showing you exactly how to do it. If you're having a mini Seder, want to try something different, or you just like matzo balls (who doesn't) these can be whipped up on a moment's notice and they take only 10 minutes to cook. Float them in chicken soup, or any kind of soup! If you're keeping Passover you'll find all kinds of ways to use these throughout the week. Sweet! Savory! Pan-fried! As a stand-in for gnocchi!
