Wait, is it Spring? While we wait, whip up this seasonless Chamomile flan with a bunch of stuff you might already have in your house. Soon I'll figure out how to automatically DM you the recipe to save us both a lot of trouble! Anybody have a hot tip for me there? The recipe is in Open Kitchen and it's pretty easy to make and a good way to practice making caramel. If you're going to comment that the caramel looks a little dark, it is, because I was also shooting a reel, and in the time it took me to walk to the stove it got dark, so be careful out there! But honestly it tastes great and I'd always rather burn my caramel than undercook it. Have a lovely evening!
