I saw jamieoliver make pastry dough out of avocado the other day and I just couldn't get it out of my head and I had to try it. I thought, what a great option for vegan folks. Since we don't really use self-raising flour here in the U.S. I checked out the conversion for 400 g of flour, and it would have been a ginormous amount of baking powder, so I decided just to put in a teaspoon. If I tried this again, I think I'd leave it out and add a little more salt for flavor.
