Just in case, toast a few slices of your favorite bread and smash some perfectly ripe avocado on it. Squeeze some lemon over the avocado. sprinkle with some flaky salt, red pepper flakes (my favorite are daphnisandchloe.herbs smoked chili flakes) and then top with a slab of juicy heirloom or beefsteak tomato. My all-time favorite variety is Black Krim. They have a dense texture, fantastically balanced flavor and are never mealy or watery.
