Here’s a tip for practicing the head-to-knee yoga pose: - Focus on relaxing your shoulders by engaging your biceps instead of deltoids. - Avoid straining the back of your neck, as this can cause your elbows to lift off the floor. - Use your biceps and latissimus dorsi to pull your shoulder blades down, which will help you achieve a deeper compression.
