🏹🔥 Here’s a tip on properly rotating your arm and grip in the full standing bow or dancer pose. First, learn to grasp the big toe with a full palm grip while flexing your foot and reaching underneath from the outside edge. Once you've mastered this, you can rotate your shoulder. Bring your elbow forward in front of your face.
☀️🪷 After that, walk your opposite arm up your arm until you can grasp your foot. From this position, kick your foot up to achieve full extension, creating a bow shape, and then pull your foot down until it reaches the top of your head.
