🤔💡 Here’s a tip for extension poses like Paschimottanasana (the stretching pose): Avoid tilting your head up, as this can create compression in the back of your neck. I often notice this in yoga classes, perhaps because students aim to bring their forehead to their toes. However, it's important to remember that spinal extension involves the cervical spine. Instead of just reaching your forehead to your toes, focus on extending the crown of your head towards your toes. This will help maintain equal length in both the throat and the back of the neck.
