🧘🏽♂️🤯 Focus on engaging your biceps to help pull your shoulders and deltoids down and back away from your ears. Often, we pull from the shoulder deltoids, which can create tension in the neck. To alleviate this discomfort, draw the elbows up using your biceps and pull your shoulders back down, engaging your latissimus dorsi.
