π€―π₯ Hereβs a great tip for your standing head-to-knee practice: bringing your head to your knee is the easiest part of this pose. However, it often becomes complicated due to the extra tension in different parts of the body that we try to manage. As a result, when you get your head down to your knee, you might lose the stability you built up and fall out of the pose.
βοΈπͺ· Remember, the key challenge here is maintaining each posture step throughout the end. Once you can do that, bringing your head to your knee will become much more straightforward! Give it a try.
