☸️❤️🔥 Here’s a great version of Wheel Pose that can help improve your thoracic spine flexibility. I refer to this as Wheel Pose 2. In this variation, we focus on straightening both the arms and legs. Place your hands under your shoulders, and keep your legs together and fully extended away from your hands. This alignment will enhance the stretch as you lift your chin and chest, creating a greater opening in the thoracic spine.
