🔥⚕️ Focus on lengthening your spine when practicing the standing separate-leg stretch or the stretching or wide stance forward bend pose. It's often suggested to lead with your forehead toward the floor, but this can create a hinge in the back of your neck. Instead, aim to lengthen your neck and throat evenly while actively engaging your abdomen and diaphragm to push your ribs forward rather than allowing them to curl inward. ☀️🪷 Try this approach, and let me know how it goes in the comments below!
