❤️‍🔥 Here’s an excellent tip for your core in the right angle triangle, extended side angle, and warrior two pose. Most corrections stem from a lack of engagement in the core or insufficient cues for core activation. It’s important to note that there’s no such thing as simply "sucking in" the stomach in these poses. Instead, focus on fully engaging the core, which includes the pelvic floor, abdomen, multifidus, and diaphragm muscles.
