🐍 Here's a tip for your cobra pose! In the communities I work with, it’s common to see people bringing their shoulders down and forward, but I believe that’s not the correct approach since cobra pose is primarily a back-bending movement. Instead, I recommend rolling your shoulders backward and downward from the scapula (shoulder blade). This adjustment will help open your throat and extend your neck upwards.
