📐🔥 Here’s a tip for your Right Angle Triangle Pose (Extended Side Angle Pose)! When practicing this posture, ensure your pelvis is in a neutral position. Dropping the straight-legged hip down and forward at an angle can cause a sway in the lumbar spine and lead to a relaxed abdomen, shortened hip flexors, and a flaring out of the chest and rib cage. By setting up with proper neutral hip alignment and engaging your core, the posture will have sharp lines and distinct angles, creating a triangle shape.
