⚖️🦚 It's all about counterbalance. When I teach peacock pose, I often notice individuals trying to force it instead of finding balance. Having a strong core, as well as strong arms and legs, is essential. However, beyond strength, the key is counterbalancing. I lean my body weight forward to balance the upper and lower half.
