🪑🔥 Here’s an excellent tip for practicing chair pose! When you do this, pose, pay attention to your shoulder positions, and avoid making it “awkward.” Keep your shoulders stable in their sockets instead of stretching your fingers too far forward and overextending your upper back and shoulders. This will help you maintain a more neutral upper spine and torso.
